  • RULES OF THE HOUSE
    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    In case of cancellation of the reservation, which must be done by email, our policy is the following:
    Refund of 50% of the deposit for cancellations up to 30 days before arrive;
    Refund of 20% of the deposit for cancellations from 29 days to 15 days before arrive;
    If the cancellation is received from the 14th day before arrivto, there is no refund.
    IMPORTANT
    The cancellation policy excludes holidays related to promotionto offers.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

    When you check in you must leave a refundable damage deposit of 200,00 €.

    Notes:

    Rates do not include the daily tourist tax required for each guest, which must be paid in full cash upon arrivto (1 euro per day per person for a maximum of 5 consecutive days)
